Help Keep the Forumfieds FREE
Please note, our online e-classified website is FREE for the general public. It's FREE because of our paying advertisers. It's unfair to our PAYING advertisers to allow unauthorized businesses/persons to promote their products/services for sale on Forumfieds. Why would a business want to advertise on our website when they can do what the unauthorized businesses are doing for free? PAYING advertisers are what make the website free for our users.

If you see an unauthorized business/person selling products not of their own personal stash, please let us know. It is these people that are screwing it up for you. SpeedHawaii Forumfieds has grown dramatically, and so has the costs to maintain it. However, we pride ourselves in the fact that it has remained FREE, despite the dramatic rise in users.

SpeedHawaii Forumfieds Growth and Rules
SpeedHawaii Forumfieds has grown tremendously and the bandwidth has multiplied as well. We will strive to keep this website free for the general public. In order to do so, we have taken steps to fund the website by bringing on advertisers and sponsors. There will be other changes made to reduce the bandwidth and cost to maintain the site. We continue to get new registered users everyday from Hawaii and all over the world. We would like to maintain a healthy and respectful atmosphere where people can have a good time, discuss topics of interest, and buy/sell goods.

In order to do so, website rules MUST be adhered to. Below is a summary of the MOST important rules. Violation of these rules is grounds for IMMEDIATE banning of your account. Make sure you read, understand, and abide by these rules when you post here. If you have any questions regarding these rules, please contact the webmaster for clarification. • There is to be NO spamming or commercial solicitation of ANY kind except by authorized advertisers.
• Selling of individual items or vehicles are permissible by private owners. Selling multiple items of the same product is considered a commercial post and will not be allowed except by authorized advertisers.
• No flaming of other members to incite or perpetuate a conflict or argument.
• There will be ONE warning given from the webmaster regarding a violation of the rules. If the warning is unheeded, the account will be banned.
• Do not post messages that violate Federal, State, or Local laws which include, but are not limited to, anything that violates a copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or is bound by NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement).
• Do not impersonate other individuals or falsely represent yourself.
• Do not post under secondary usernames other than your main account for the purpose of arguing, degrading or belittling other website members.
• Do not post personal information of other members, i.e. addresses, first and last names, phone numbers, etc.
• You must have a valid e-mail account in your profile so you can be reached by a forum moderator or administrator. All accounts using faulty non-working email addresses will be deleted. We will be checking for faulty emails occasionally so make sure your email address works.

We frequently check the website for violations. Such listings or messages may be deleted without warning or explanation. SpeedHawaii Forumfieds reserves the right to ban any user, at any time, and for any reason.
